ATTENDEE REGISTRATION FEES — Early Rate Until August 9, 2024

— Member Health Plan $550 or after 8/09 – $650

— Member Reserved Table* $3,500 or after 8/09 – $4,000

— Supporting Premium or Standard Supporting Member $800 or after 8/09 – $950

— Other Attendee/Non-Member $1,175 or after 8/09 – $1,325

*Registration for eight (8) attendees per table reservation

CANCELLATIONS
Only written cancellations received by Friday, August 9, 2024, will receive refunds (less a $100.00 administrative charge). No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date. Refunds are not available to registrants who do not attend. Substitutions are accepted and encouraged.

HOTEL INFORMATION
The OAHP discounted room block has been filled. Still need reservations? Contact our event venue, the Hilton Columbus/Polaris Hotel, for room reservations at (888) 864-8055. A separate alternate hotel option is the Drury Inn Polaris. You may contact the Drury Inn at (614) 854-0216. This hotel is located nearby at 8805 Orion Place, Columbus, Ohio 43240, and is approximately 1 mile from our event venue.

The event at your fingertips! Our 2024 event will offer a free mobile app that’s available to anyone with web browsing capabilities (smartphone, tablet, etc.). This allows attendees to keep up to date with the conference details through mobile devices!

To utilize our mobile app, registrants will receive the access code electronically by the end of the day on Tuesday, September 3rd. The mobile app reflects all event information and registered participants. Please note that event updates or additions will continue through September 9^th.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, Ohio Association of Health Plans (OAHP) meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to use and distribute photographs of the registrant’s image. Registrants authorize OAHP to use and publish the same in print and electronically. With this registration, registrants agree that OAHP may use such photographs with or without names and for any lawful purpose, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
